Playwrights
We are dedicated to developing and producing highly imaginative, visually-engaging, theatrical pieces that reflect the passionate voice of the writer. We accept submissions on an ongoing basis for consideration as part of our mainstage season, our annual festival and monthly reading series. We especially encourage San Diego playwrights to send us their plays.

Guidelines:
Innovative works that dig deeper to the inner significance of things than skim the surface. Ten-minute, one-act, or full-length plays, dramas, comedies, plays for young audiences, musicals. Currently, we do not accept one-person shows or performance art pieces.

Submission Procedure:
Letter of inquiry with brief synopsis, character breakdown, SASE and two sample pages from the beginning, middle and end of your work. Please indicate unproduced play.

Response Time:
one to two months later.

Script on Request:
Three months.
