Photography

Photography has made me a better designer; hopefully design helps my photography. It's a cliché to talk about "capturing the soul" of a subject, but it really is often the goal when I point my lens and frame a shot. I love the way looking through a camera forces me to notice objects, light, contrast, color. An appreciation for relationships develops that, when factors align correctly, adds dimension to the experience and breaks the boundry between subject and observer.
