Scriptum, located on Turl Street in Oxford, is a beloved independent shop specializing in fine stationery, Italian leather journals, calligraphy supplies, and unique gifts like Venetian masks. Established in 2003, it’s known for its old-world charm, curated selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff-many of whom are artists or calligraphers. Scriptum offers personalised stationery, custom wedding invitations, and creative workshops. It’s one of my favourite shops in Oxford and always a favourite when guests visit.
